We have positions available on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
Hours are Monday through Friday 3pm to 11pm or Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am.
A 10% shift differential will be paid for 2nd shift.
A 15% shift differential will be paid for 3rd shift.

The business is CCL's biggest reportable segment and represents 67% of total sales.
Customers include major global corporations in the consumer packaging, healthcare and consumer durable segments.
CCL Label produces a wide range of specialty label products, including expanded content, WashOff(TM), RFID, specialty electronics (CCL Design / Worldmark), promotional games and long life pressure sensitive films to protect or replace paint.
It also produces highly-decorated extruded plastic tubes for premium brands in the personal care, cosmetic and healthcare markets.

Summary:
The maintenance technician will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing department.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting / problem solving activities and repair to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime Responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant support equipment Air compressors, Chillers etc.
Will also assist on installation of new equipment and modification of existing.
Maintain and repair all mechanical breakdowns, which includes pneumatics, pumps, hydraulics, presses, packaging equipment, gears, and sprockets.
Work with Maintenance Electricians to troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.

Qualifications:
5
years of maintenance manufacturing experience.
Prefer experience from one of these industries:
Food, printing, packaging, automotive or similar industry but open to any industry as long as its manufacturing Associates or other technical discipline or an equivalent combination of training and maintenance experience Mechanically inclined and enjoy fixing and solving problems.
Experience with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electric motors, pumps, valves, belts, chains, sprockets, bearings, pulley's, gearboxes, conveyors, and able to learn complex equipment Able to read blueprints and schematics is a plus Self-motivated, positive attitude, energetic, punctual, hard-working, and eager to work for a stable organization Some overtime might be required.
